Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Programme (STEP) is a huge gravity-driven hydraulic wastewater network tunnel currently being constructed by the Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC). The construction activities started in 2009 and due for completion in 2016.
